Elaboration of traffic study contains the transport aspects of development implemented in the basin port of Szeged and its surrounding.


Project description

The purpose of this project was to prepare a documentation of a transport study containing the transport aspects of developments implemented in the basin port of Szeged. The main issues of the study are the presentation of the background and assessment of the current situation, based on this the introduction of the development objectives, the definition of development recommendations for the port on the field of road, railway and waterborne transport.


 ABOUT RIVER TISA

Tisa is one of the main rivers of Central Europe and the largest tributary of the Danube. The river has total length of about 1419 km, out of which 164 km flows through Serbia. The Tisa river attract the attention with its flora and fauna and specially with its unique natural phenomenon, blooming of the Tisa in whose honor has been organized Festival of blooming every June, since 2013.
