Project description

The subject of the design, is related to the traffic areas for complex IKEA East Store in Belgrade as well as temporary access road during construction. The project includes design of traffic areas in accordance with the relevant technical legislation and standards in force in Serbia. In addition, design include internal company standards in accordance to a manual from Inter IKEA Systems B.V.”Store design and retail architecture, the IKEA way”, and experience from other IKEA stores.

- Location - southern edge of Belgrade, along the Belgrade – Niš motorway i.e. Corridor X
- 262,165.25 m2 – total area
- 1100 parking places for visitors is designed
